Cabbage Eggs Rolls

INSTRUCTIONS
1/2 cabbage, thin sliced
3 eggs
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2-3 twigs Parsley, chopped
4 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasalt
Olive oil
1. Slice the cabbage into thin layers with a sharp knife. Place it in a big bowl.
2. Slice the onions and chop parsley, add it to the cabbage.
3. Then add the eggs, flour, black pepper, and seasalt.
4. Stir until the ingredients are combined into a thick batter.
5. Pour enough olive oil into the frying pan so that the bottom is filled.
6. Take 2 spoonfuls of the cabbage mixture and place it into the hot oil.
8. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown.
9. Take out the cabbage rolls and place it on a plate with a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
